Return & Refund Policy

Astrocheq ("Company", "we", "us", "our") aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

AstroCheq reports, including the Know Yourself Report (KYR), are digital products and are non-refundable.

1. Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated by emailing support@astrocheq.com within the return window.
• The Company reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet eligibility conditions.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• All digital products, reports, tools, subscriptions, or downloadable content
• Astrology reports, consultations, predictions, personalized charts, or analyses
• Services already delivered or partially used
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Sale or discounted products
• Products customized or personalized for an individual user

No refund will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the user.

3. Refund Process (If Applicable)

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
• Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing times.
• We do not issue refunds to alternate bank accounts or wallets.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products received.
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping & Returns

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. International Orders

• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs and logistics.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds for international orders, if approved, may take 30–45 days to process.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.
• Digital products and services cannot be cancelled once delivered.
